- [+]Transfer ownership of a finished, customized commercial product to a client or acquirer.
- [+]Modify, add, delete, or replace any portion of the underlying source code.
- [×]Reselling, distributing, or sub-licensing the raw source code as a boilerplate or template.
- [×]Hosting the source code on public repositories (e.g. public GitHub, GitLab, npm, etc.).
- [×]Sharing your private GitHub collaborator invite link with unauthorized third parties.
- [×]Creating a competing boilerplate product derived primarily from Flagship source code.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GoFlagship.dev hereby grants the Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to install, customize, run, and commercially exploit software applications built upon the Flagship codebase.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
